"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."

"Very basic, very affordable accommodations in a very expensive city. Just as an example, a very basic breakfast for 2 at a nearby hotel was 1/3 of the price we paid to spend the night here.
It was just what we needed: clean room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, low price. Located very close to all the action at the waterfront and Pike Street Mkt.. The only issue I had, there was no staff present in the hotel. If their services were needed you had to visit their property across the street.

My main complaint was that after staying five nights I had to extend my stay another week and they jacked up my price by $55/night. I moved into the La Quinta next door!"

"If you’re planning on staying at this hotel don’t. It’s next to a busy highway and a two empty lots . The hotel is newer but horribly understaffed. Early check in out. Problems with TV went u answered. If you’re planning to stay here because you’ve read it’s close to the cruise port—-it is not. You’re better off staying in another hotel. We paid almost $900 for a room 2 queens and 1 sofa bed.

"We were very happy with our stay here. It is an old hotel but very clean. Our rooms on 3rd floor were spacious and the beds were great.
Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready.
We definitely will be back if we visit Seattle next time."
