"It was cozy, clean, and so very cute with lots of outlets for all our devices and very cool lighting. The heater in the bathroom is at floor level so it heats up the tile nicely. It had welcome snacks and coffee/tea and filtered water. We enjoyed our time and would love to stay again in the future. It also has an EV charger."

"I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. "

"Well appointed, very clean, great amenities, and excellent communication with owner/property manager. The location is perfect and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The owner has provided a nice parking place off of the main road and the private back yard and porch are fantastic. We did not use the hot tub but it looked to be well maintained and is surrounded by a nice seating area. We were very happy with everything. "

"I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. "We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"
