Great House for Family Trip

We stayed at this property for 5 nights for a family trip to Seattle. Plenty of room for our group of 3. Well appointed, as advertised, all photos accurate. Great and quiet neighborhood with peaceful surroundings and small lake view. Great communication with property management. Recommended!

Nice house but one significant issue

We stayed for 3 nights in this house – it was well stocked, had nice finishes, and in a peaceful, forested neighborhood. However, we had one issue with this stay, which impacted our experience. There were definitely some critters living in the ceiling of one of the upstairs bedrooms. All three nights there was pretty loud rustling and scratching, which kept some of us from getting any rest. We all eventually had to crowd into the downstairs bedroom and couches. We contacted the host about it, if anything, to alert them about a maintenance issue they should address before significant damage is caused, and received one text back about it, with the content of “Oh no I’m sorry to hear that. It could be a racoon. I hope it goes away. I’ll look up to see if pest control can help.” I know our stay was too short to expect to have an exterminator resolve this within one day, but I would have appreciated more follow-ups or other offers from the host rather than just a “hope it goes away.”

Gorgeous Property

While we didn’t get to actually stay at this property due to a recent storm that cut the power to the home, I wanted to write a review to praise the incredible communication from our host. She notified us prior to check in that they had lost power due to a severe storm that hit the NW. She stayed in contact with me through out the day and even let us visit the house when we arrived in town. The house was amazing and the property was stunning. My family was very disappointed we were unable to stay there due to the power outage. She communicated with me through the whole process of ensuring our stay was credited in full. Both the host and the home are amazing and I would highly recommend staying here!

Lake Sammamish

For us it was a great location because our daughter was traveling through and our son and wife live in Sammamish. Several meals were prepared and shared. Spending time on the deck and patio just hanging out was perfect. Grocery store and Whole Foods near.

Clean and awesome house

The house was spotless and exactly as advertised. The home theater room is amazing and was perfect for our group to watch soccer games. If our group of coaches participates in the same event next year that brought us to Redmond, we will absolutely stay here again.
