"This motel was not what I expected. I needed an easy in-and-out room with no stairs, because of my large dog. This motel was in the Wyndham group so I thought it would be clean and in good repair, just very basic with no amenities. This was not that. I ended up with a room on the second floor - so not what I needed or asked for, in spite of few other guests at the motel. There were many items (lights, outlets, etc.) in the room in need of repair. The carpet was frightening, badly stained...

"The staff was great. I arrived earlier than expected and was camping out in the parking lot before check-in. One of the staff saw me and asked and gave me a few suggestions for the area. I took his advice and fell in love with Whatcom Falls. At first I was apprehensive since the motel is right next to the freeway but it was so quiet inside the room. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending." The charges did not "fall off" and it has required me to go through a lengthy process to get...
