"There was a used wet face towel hanging in the shower when we checked in the room. There are stains on the sofa, chairs, and the fresh towels. Breakfast is good. Staffs are friendly. 24h gym is good, but there is no yoga mat."

"Lots of Trash!!! was left in the room from the previous guest. Then one of the room outside doors was left open. Like the house keeping just decided to stop cleaning the room. Mold and mildew in both bathrooms, broken fan in one room, like someone tried to hang from it. Very few towels and wash cloths for a hotel in each bath. Also live ants in one bath."

"They were in the middle of a remodel of half of the wing of the hotel which if you know about up front is no deal killer , properties do need to be updated and maintained however none of that was disclosed before the booking. We stayed at this particular hotel because we have kids and they had an indoor pool, that we weren't able to use because it was broken. Staff was very professional and said they tried to contact us , but because we booked through 3rd party they were unable to reach us. ...

We searched the entire premises, there was no visible staff anywhere on site. We tried to call, we could hear the phone ring—but no one answered. We were unable to check in as no staff arrived."
