Our 2 casita package consists of 2 of our newly remodeled Casitas with new furniture, comfortable King beds, new outdoor gourmet kitchen and appliances. This spacious and private 1.8 acre property will give you the space and privacy you want, yet close to town and the beach. The casitas have their own washrooms (en-suite) and private entrance, comfy king bed, A/C, ceiling fan and many amenities at hand for your convenience. The rancho has a BBQ, covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, poolside. The property is first-rate for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sámara is an ideal tropical getaway; you will fall in love with this area.

The philosophy behind Casa Vistas del Rio is to provide a comfortable, private, safe and relaxing, natural tropical environment for adult guests. The property is surrounded by tropical birds and wildlife and is frequently visited by families of talkative howler monkeys!!

Casa Vistas del Rio is conveniently located 4 minutes to Samara Beach (one of Costa Rica’s natural, pristine beaches) and restaurants and stores,

The entire courtyard is for your group’s enjoyment, comfort and convenience. The courtyard consists of the three casitas, lap pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area and private parking behind electronic gate.
The property is maintained regularly by an onsite care taker who is available as needed.

Casa Vistas del Rio offers a unique blend of Costa Rican natural beauty and charm, wildlife and tropical experience, and is combined with western upgrades and modern conveniences.

We have created a relaxing courtyard amongst our rentals, each with their own patio. In the evening, with the ambient lighting, it is the perfect place to lay and relax poolside, have a beverage or dinner and enjoy the sound of nature around you.

Each casita opens to the courtyard lap pool and private outdoor oasis, complete with comfortable chaise patio loungers and umbrellas. The casitas are fully screened to minimize insect exposure.
Beach rentals are available and include towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler, portable BBQ grill.

The property and parking area are safe and secure behind a locked gate.

The Casitas, pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area are private and located on the perimeter of the home. The home is private and self-contained and is occupied by the caretaker or owner.
