The blue sea, the light blue of the sky and the turquoise of the reception. All the shades make the complex Dimore Turchesi the ideal solution for a vacation by the sea in Salento, a few meters away from the famous beaches of Pescoluse, near Salve.

The small villa for 9 guests, 100 meters away from the beach
Quadri is a charming holiday home in the complex Dimore Turchesi. It`s a three-floor house with large rooms and large outdoor space furnished with table, chairs and big umbrellas, perfect place to eat lunch or dinner.
The rooms are simple and functional: on the ground floor, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the basement floor two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor a double bedroom with sea view and the terrace with panoramic view. The outdoor space is funrnished with the necessary for lunch or dinner in the open.

Dimore Turchesi is a small complex of holiday homes by the Ionian sea, ideal for a relaxing vacation with beautiful sunsets. It`s 100 meters away from the sea with sandy beaches and beach establishments where the guests can spend their days.





- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Divided into 3 floors (basement floor, ground floor and first floor).
- There is one air conditioner per floor.

Nous avons loué une villa de trois chambres et trois salles de bain . Le linge de maison et les draps changés chaque semaine en nombre suffisant. La villa était propre à notre arrivée , mais pas de ménage pendant le séjour. L’équipement fut nettement insuffisant et de piètre qualité : verres, couverts , une cafetière minuscule pas de microonde deux vieux fauteuils en rotin pour trois et une télévision ridiculeusement petite et surannée. Un gros orage nous a coupé le courant et forcé à quitter la villa trois nuits avant la fin . ( pour un hôtel à 4 km) Par contre belle terrasse devant la villa mais équipée de meubles en mauvais état. Le tout pour 4000 € pour 3 semaines. Tres belles plages à 150m. Commerçes proches et sympathiques. Quartier très calme , voire silencieux , très agréable. We rented a three bedroom, three bathroom villa. Sufficient linen and sheets changed every week. The villa was clean when we arrived, but no cleaning during the stay. The equipment was clearly insufficient and of poor quality: glasses, cutlery, a tiny coffee maker, no microwave, two old rattan armchairs for three and a ridiculously small and outdated television. A big storm cut off our power and forced us to leave the villa three nights before the end. (for a hotel 4 km away) On the other hand, beautiful terrace in front of the villa but equipped with furniture in poor condition. All for €4000 for 3 weeks. Very beautiful beaches 150m away. Close and friendly shops. Very q
