This newly renovated first-floor condo offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and beachside warmth. Bask in the tropical setting with direct horizon ocean views, creating a tranquil atmosphere for your coastal getaway. You'll be captivated by the soothing sounds of the flowing ocean waves, a symphony that accompanies you on the condo deck.

Indulge in the cozy embrace of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, featuring a King, Queen, and twin bunk bed. The third bedroom, a sleep den with a bunk bed, adds a touch of versatility. The private Master Bedroom suite is a retreat within a retreat, complete with a spacious bath boasting a garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks.

As you step into the living room, dining area, and kitchen with breakfast bar, you'll notice the thoughtful upgrades – tiled floors on the diagonal, granite kitchen counter, plantation shutters, an electric fireplace, water softener, crown molding, and charming details like bead board and mirrored ceilings in the hallway.

* Your SAFETY and security is a priority at Ocean Club.  Dedicated resort security is provided.   
* Stocked kitchen, family games in living room. 
* Portable crib is provided.  
* Pool view and OCEAN WATER VIEW.  Not able to see sand on beach from the condo, but you can see and hear the flowing ocean waves from the condo deck.
* FITNESS ROOM: basic weights,  2 tread mills, 1 stationary bike.  
* STAIRS: There are 25+ steep stairs with handrails to access the beach
* No security deposit is required.

HOUSE - things to know
* No EVENTS, parties or large gatherings in excess of the max guests paid for in the reservation;
* MAX occupancy - Max 8 ppl. Bed linens and towels provided for 6 people. 
* NO PETS.  Sorry. It’s the HOA rules.  
* Signed reservation agreement required.

HOUSE RULES
* Guest agrees to follow the Ocean Club RESORT and PARKING RULES monitored by on-site security;  Two (2) vehicle parking permits provided in the condo for placement in your automobile.
* CHECK-IN is anytime after 4PM; Checkout is 10 AM.
* Follow CHECK-OUT steps. Treat the condo with respect please;
* NO SMOKING in condo unit or on attached deck.
* Guest to report any damages or issues upon check-in.
