  • Nuestra cómoda, contemporánea y conveniente suite de 3 dormitorios está ubicada en la avenida arbolada de 1st Avenue, directamente detrás de la magnífica Catedral de Madeline, y ofrece un agradable paseo de dos cuadras hasta el corazón de Salt Lake en Temple Square, el Centro de Convenciones y otros centros de la ciudad. atracciones

    Completamente remodelado y recientemente designado a fines de 2017, nuestra espaciosa suite cuenta con adornos decorativos de diseño con una cocina impecable equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, especias y utensilios nuevos para preparar su fiesta con capacidad para hasta 16. Para entretenerse, organice el gran juego en el televisor de alta definición de 65 pulgadas con cable de la sala de estar. O quedarse dormido en una de nuestras lujosas camas viendo la televisión de 42 pulgadas en cada habitación. Incluimos estacionamiento cubierto para 3 y almacenamiento al aire libre cerrado para equipos de esquí o equipaje, a solo unos pasos de la entrada exterior a la suite de nivel inferior. El colchón inflable provisto puede extender opcionalmente los arreglos para dormir para hasta 12 invitados. ¡Simplemente no olvide dejar que sus hijos encuentren la casa de juegos escondida debajo de las escaleras para agregar un toque de misterio y deleite a su estadía!

    La propiedad cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños completos. Dos habitaciones privadas con vestidores. La habitación familiar nunca será olvidada con una cama queen size más una litera con colchones de tamaño completo arriba y abajo y la opción de descender por la escalera o el tobogán.

The house was perfect for our stay, close enough to walk or Uber to the delta center and salt palace Everything was perfect, very accommodating and responsive, would definitely stay again if the opportunity come up

Great Stay

Overall it is was great stay at this apartment, it was very close to all downtown venues I needed to get to. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The pictures make it look a bit bigger than it actually is but it worked fine for 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy little condo

We were in town for a convention at the Salt Palace. This cozy condo was absolutely perfect. It comfortably slept 8 women. Any more would have been too tight. The condo could be hard to find but feels so tucked away and safe. We had the best time. We felt like we had a home to go back to after long days. This condo was better stocked than any other rental I've ever used.

Met our needs

Needed a place for two families to stay for an extended weekend. Property was conveniently located for what we wanted to do and had everything we needed. Bedrooms on the smaller side due to having large beds, so that was a little tough for our 2 year old to navigate without bumping his head a few times. The only negative is that the walls are super thin; you hear people above you, as well as those staying with you. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Space was beautiful

I’m glad 2 people ended up backing out because there were only enough beds to sleep 10, not 12 like the listing states. That’s the only thing that bothered me, the rest of our 5 days were perfect

Great location

Wonderful communication with Toni. Great close walking to a local hike (city creek park to city creek canyon). Walking to City Creek shopping and restaurants. Extremely Clean and spacious for our group of 6. Very nice to have 2 reserved parking spaces off street. The kitchen was fully stocked, Cold water bottles upon arrival. Also important items like extra paper towels, lots of k cups for coffee, stocked for cooking and nice selection of condiments in cupboard, also extra toilet paper, extra towels and wonderful toiletries in the bathrooms, everything that was needed for a stay. Thanks a ton

Great location for our family

The space was very nice and the location was great. We walked or rode the Trax everywhere. It was cold outside and we were bundled up and enjoyed the experience. The VRBO had everything we needed and had a fully stocked kitchen with all the all of the non pearishable baking needs, if one would want to cook/bake there. Just need to purchase the perishables. It is a basement unit, but that was not a problem at all. We would definitely stay there again next year at this time, if it is available. Our family travels to SLC every year during the Christmas season and spends a weekend enjoying the Christmas season in downtown SLC area walking and riding the train to get places.

It was a basement apartment and it felt so safe and very clean. Great location and close to Downtow

The property manager was very kind and was easy to work with. This was a first experience with VRBO and we will do it again. Great location and walking distance to downtown. It was a basement apartment so the upstairs tenants were a little loud and we could hear about everything. Other than that, it was perfect and would do this property again. It was very clean and well set up. One thing was no patio for relaxing on and being outside.

We came to Utah for an event. Their place was perfect for our family. It was so clean and well stocked. The location was amazing, we were able to walk to coffee, lunch, and just to site see. I would stay here again! Thank you for having us!!

Good Clean Home

This was a great location, everything was perfect. The house was immaculate. They had everything we needed. The only thing I would have the owners change are the stairs, they are very steep, and I think they should be replaced. And put fans in the bathrooms. Very nice, open and also cozy feeling in the home. I have stayed in other places up town but this was the best. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Downtown Apartment

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was one of my favorites! Completely modern finishes awesome layout, and superb location. There were 7 of us and a baby and we were completely comfortable. The kitchen was amazing to cook in, and we enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area. Highly reccomend this gem of a place!

Business and Fun!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Its PERFECT!! The location is great (walking distance to the convention center) and the street is adorable. Toni was very accommodating with our early arrival and let us in a couple hours early!! Highly recommend!!

Clean and Conveniently Located

We stayed in this property with a group of teens for a church group. We loved the location! So conveniently located, in a beautiful neighborhood! Everything was sparkling clean, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need! Wonderful property!!

Great spot for the family.

The whole process was quick and easy. The property was exactly as it was listed. New amenities with a modern take. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. They definitely paid attention to the details. Our 2 and 3 year old loved the bunk bed slide and all the toys. Very close to downtown and great hiking nearby. Will definitely be staying here again anytime we are in town.
