Everything about this rental was exceptional. The host was immediately available to address our needs and a pleasure to deal with. The rental was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the backyard, fire pit and trampoline for the kids. The beds were super comfortable, the amenities plentiful ( a flat iron and yoga mats for instance). Will definitely be back.

Jake’s home was so great! It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had great extras like fun outdoor games, all soaps needed, seasonings, cozy heavy warm throw blankets, laundry detergent and even Qtips! We thoroughly enjoyed the home and will definitely return if we are in the area again! Jake’s communication was also excellent and appreciated. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayes here for the utah sate fair demolition derby which we drive in now asise from a hot tub agyer being slammed arou d in an arena thaw shower steamer is amazing, rooms are cozy and really enjoyed the house overall and neighborhood friendly and great location woll go again for sure and recommend

We were so impressed with the space but more importantly Jake’s responsiveness. We an issue with the AC and he immediately took action to get it fixed. Wasted no time to get on property and problem solve. We had a few questions and was quick to answer. We were impressed with small details like having kid friendly markers and paper so that we didn’t worry about our 2 year old ruining anything. Other things like having q-tips and plenty of garbage bags for us to use. The backyard space was amazing! We had a view of the mountain tops and a huge tree for shade almost all day. A great little oasis in the city. We come to Utah often and will definitely rent this house again.

Modern, cute, great individual spaces!

We stayed for a week during a work conference and loved this property! It’s cute, it’s clean and each room has its own temp control. Jake was easy to work with and available, if needed. The backyard is private and we had a great stay!

Great house and location. Close to airport, ski resorts and restaurants. We had 6 adults with plenty of room. Jake is very good at communicating. He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home!

My siblings and I had to gather quickly from across the country to see a family member that is not doing well. This was a comfortable place to be together. Oversized bedrooms and a big kitchen provided exactly what we needed.
