Come and bring your family together in this wonderful abode! Recently built in 2021, this home boasts of a spacious living room and kitchen where you can bond together, an 85" 4K TV for a cinematic movie night, a cozy deck where you can enjoy the cool summer breeze while relishing amazing views of the city, and a game room equipped with Airhockey & Foosball for your entertainment. We spared no expense in creating this lavish and comfortable space, making it the most well-appointed place in the area. Located only 5 minutes away from the freeway and surrounded by numerous unique attractions, you'll have something to do all year round. We are excited to host you here!

Super clean and comfortable home

This home was great for our large family to all be able to stay in one location. There was plenty of room, home was very clean, and the kids enjoyed playing air hocky and foosball downstairs.

Disappointed

Less than 24 hours prior to check in our reservation was canceled. Statement said basement had flooded. But some things didn’t add up, so I’m not sure that was true. First and last time I will book through VRBO.

Weekend Getaway

I came here for a weekend getaway and was not disappointed! The host was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was very simple. Inside the home was spotless, however, upon arrival there was a decent amount of trash outside from the people who stayed before us. It was not a problem to pick up and I communicated with the host, who offered me a free late checkout for the communication. If I were to come back to Salt Lake City, I would not hesitate to stay here again! Absolutely beautiful home with lots to do inside, and also has a park right behind the house. Amazing property, I 100% recommend this home.

Very nice for business discussion

But the games were not really useable. The foosball game only had a ping pong ball (just doesn't work) and the air hockey table had 7 pucks that were so lightweight they flew off the table every other time you hit them. We spent more time chasing the pucks than playing.

A Great Stay

We spent Christmas at this location and it worked out great. The home had plenty of room, was very clean, and offered a great view. It was well stocked with helpful items and fun games. It was in a quiet neighborhood but near a lot of fun things to do. Peter was very helpful as the host and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming place

This house had plenty of room for a large group of people, with easy access to a small walking trail and a playground, as well as I-215. It was very welcoming and felt home-like (except that it was super clean, unlike most lived-in homes!). The host was responsive to my communications. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals there. The large sofa is very comfortable, and well-suited to a group of people being gathered together. The rooms are well-lit, with plenty of closet space for organizing one's materials. I appreciated the little touches, such as conditioner and lotion in one bathroom, and sparkling cider complements of the host. One minor drawback was that the door locks automatically, making it challenging to go in and out with stuff unless it is left open. The driveway can hold at least 6 cars. The amenities lists a hot tub, but there was none as far as I could tell - definitely not outside and all the bathtubs appeared normal.

Great for my family and friends

This place was great!! There is the most amazing park behind the rental. My kids played there for over 3 hrs! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and super clean. Plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves! We will definitely be back next time we get together with friends!

Beautiful home

Peters home is beautiful, spacious, has great amenities, and super comfy beds. The view from the patio is amazing. It is close to parks and shopping. I highly recommend this property if you are coming to Utah.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the house was awesome! Access to everything was great. My granddaughters enjoyed going to the Disney parks, but they were just as excited to go back to the house and swim! Will be renting this property again!

Family wedding

Our family came together for a wedding. We traveled from three other states and stayed together for the weekend. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Everyone staying here agreed this property was perfect for our stay!

Perfect for adults and kids

This is a fantastic property. Super clean and plenty of space. We were visiting Utah for a soccer tournament. This house allowed plenty of bed and bath space for the adults and kids. Plenty to keep the kids busy. House has all the amenities you need. I booked through VRBO. Did not receive check in instructions through the app. I had to call the host. Peter was super polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again for future trips.

Nice property

We had a family staycation planned in SLC and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It’s located at a convenient distance from multiple tourist spots. Property is clean and well maintained.
