Whether spending your day skiing, hiking, catching a soccer game, or just playing in the yard our goal is your 100% comfort and satisfaction.
Our home is safe and secure in a wonderful part of the valley. Parking is available in our large 2 car garage, 2 car driveway and street parking.

After reviewing the property photos and seeing many excellent reviews, we expected a new, high-quality place, but we were very disappointed with our stay.1) The listing says, “Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees,” and we already paid the two pre-stay payments that included all listed charges. However, after we checked out on 12/25, the host requested additional cleaning fees on 12/26, even though we followed the checkout directions and left the property clean. We reported this to VRBO customer service, and they told us we aren’t obligated to pay because we already paid for the booking and the added charge was post-stay, but the host still refuses to remove the fee and it remains on our account.2) The kitchen oven looked old and was very dirty when we tried to use it.3) There was mold on the floor around the outside of the shower in the master bedroom restroom, which created an unpleasant, unhealthy smell.4) In the master bedroom restroom, the jetted bathtub was not clean so my family didn’t use it, and in all three bathrooms the toilet seats were unstable and would shift to one side when sitting.5) The two downstairs bedrooms had no thermostat or way to adjust the heat (only the main floor did), so the downstairs area stayed very cold for the family members sleeping there.

Host had great communication, and the property was clean, quiet, great location and very welcoming. Will book again next time I’m in Salt Lake. Plenty of room for kids and adults to do their own things. Highly recommend.

I want to leave a fair and accurate review. The host Bryan was amazing and easy to get in touch with. The house suited our needs for the week. It is located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and with our party of twelve, we found it to be very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living areas spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms were fully stocked and showers were great! The air conditioning went out during the first part of our trip but Bryan was quick to get it fixed! The only thing that would have helped in the mean time would have been screens on the windows. Only one bedroom had a screen to get cool airflow coming in. The house itself was clean but not deep cleaned if that makes sense. The only other thing is that the backyard does not look the same as advertised. No yellow cover to shade the area, no strung lights and the chairs by the fire pit were not sturdy enough to sit on. Needless to say, we didn’t get much backyard time because of this. It’s a property worth staying at, just needs some tcl.

We were in the SLC area for a family reunion. The property location was perfect for the activities that we had planned. We used all of the beds - it was a full house with all of the grandkids! The ping pong table in the basement was a huge hit with everyone!

Fabulous place for our extended family to stay the week of our daughter’s wedding. This home has everything we could have needed! Clean, lots of space to spread out, beautiful and bright and the host was wonderful to communicate with!

Fantastic Family Accommodation

There were 3 generations who stayed in this home, with 8 of us in total ranging from 11 years to 80 years. The house was perfect for all of us. It gave us space, but also plenty of room to gather together. The location for us was absolutely fantastic. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and we felt like locals with all the neighbours giving us a wave when they saw us. The view from the front windows was breathtaking and everyday we commented on how beautiful it was. Communication with the owner was easy. The beds were comfortable, we were warm when it was cold, and cool when it was hot. The basement was a little cooler, but fan heaters were supplied. We would highly recommend this house as a place to stay.

Excellent location and Peak Communication!

Our first trip to Utah and we had an amazing experience here! The home was clean and stocked with AMPLE room for a large group. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and could easily house 6 more people comfortably. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive to every request and questions we had. They were the most easy hosts we’ve ever experienced and we are seasoned VRBO users. We will definitely be back!!

Family gathering for nephews wedding

We had a fantastic stay. The property exceeded expectations in every way. The location to the mountains was breathtaking. I can imagine that this is a great skii vacation. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Hosts are awesome!

Overall, we all fell in love with the house. I would suggest updated photos, especially of the back yard, and updating the welcome binder as several things were not available as mentioned in the binder such as the welcome gift and string lights.
