The Grand America Hotel
"The hotel was beautiful and front desk staff was great. The food was mediocre and the wait staff in the bar have zero customer service skills and are rude. They huff and puff and roll their eyes when you ask for service. It ruined our experience at the hotel we once loved."

"Fire alarms went off about 7:40 am. Not a single hotel employee told people to get out, nor did anyone inform people what was going on. Everyone went outside standing there not knowing what in the heck is going on. I went and found a staff member (kitchen worker) she had no idea what was going on. ..."
