"Had an amazing stay! The place is so spacious and clean. Nice neighborhood and was able to easily access all the places we wanted to visit Mendal was very accommodating, we cant wait to stay here again "

"The property is great, i especially likes the floor plan and outside patios. With the weather we are having the outdoor patios were great. The price is beyond reasonable too."

"This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but...

"It is above the owner's house so you have to be aware of noise. It is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is poor lighting and a small mirror in the bathroom. When doing hair and applying make up was a challenge. Also I could not get the TV to work. It had no internet access. It said there was access to hulu but I could not get the TV to work at all but I did not contact the owner as it was late. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. It is very close access to everything and very clean...

"I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend."

"This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. "My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. "
