"This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay."

"New build or newly remodeled. Condo was spacious and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Kitchen lacked some basic equipment such as a pasta strainer and a wine opener (thankfully we had one with us). Would rent again. "

"This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. "

"Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. "

"Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!"

"Very short walk to beach and boardwalk, property is very clean and cozy and owner is easy to reach out to response from owner is very quick."

"This cottage is great and has everything that you need. We stayed here for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The owners are receptive and respond right away if you need anything. You cannot beat the location as you can be at the beach every day in just minutes. We hope to return in the future!"

"Stayed for 3 nights in July. There were 5 of us. All our needs were met. Easy walk to the beach for us. Very quiet little neighborhood. Overall, probably the best spot we have stayed at while at Hampton Beach ! "

"We loved our time here! Very clean and as described in the property description. Steps away from the beach and we were able to see fireworks right out the window of the living room Saturday night (10:30p)."

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"Captain's Lookout is a tiny bit of heaven!"

"We stayed a week at Micah's place while visiting family in Hampton Beach. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was well stocked with supplies and there was planty of room for all guests. The decor was amazing and there were plany of games to entertained. Micah was great at responding to questions quickly. We loved this place so much, we've already booked for next year!"

"This is our second time and no sophomore slump here! Just as we remembered.....linens were fresh, bed very comfortable, and towels were thick, soft, and absorbant. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we might need. The livingroom was just right for the space and loved the private deck off the livingroom...great for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails while watching the bunnies. We parked our car and walked everywhere.....restaurants and beach area were all a short walk...
