Located at dead end of a secluded road offering unmatched and unobstructed views of the Great Marsh while providing for spectacular sunsets. Features over 2,000 square feet of living space with a contemporary style kitchen, granite counters, open concept living/family room with gas fireplace. Spacious master bedroom/master bath suite plus two additional guest bedrooms. Unique first floor entry/foyer with laundry and 3/4 bath. One stall garage and parking for 2 additional vehicles, with central A/C.

Family get away.

Our get away was so nice weather was perfect and surprisingly warm for this time of year. Very helpful with finding out trick or treat information for the girls to go to and we basically went to the access beach every morning for the sunrise it was so peaceful. Much very enjoyed. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great place to getaway

Our stay was in October, outside of the peak beach season, but we were visiting from the west coast to visit my son at school & the explore New England coastline. The home fit our family’s needs perfectly & served as a very convenient home base to visit Boston, Salem, Portsmouth, & Portland, ME. Can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the beach! 🙂

Made our wedding day memorable!

We stayed here for my wedding weekend and used the space to get ready for the day and to take photos. The house itself was spacious and very clean and the view of the marsh and cleanliness of the grounds made our photos look amazing. The hosts responded quickly to all of my questions. We had a wonderful say and will cherish the memories forever! Looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you guys so much!!

Not for old travelers

Nice place but too many stairs required to get from living area to bathrooms. Beach access not really convenient either. Host was very communicative and helpful. Thanks Megan. Enjoyed restaurants close by.

The perfect location and accomodation!

We needed some R & R and decided to look for a beach location that offered some beautiful views along with the comforts of home. Look no further, this is the place! Your hosts (Meghan & Gavin) are very interested in you having a great stay and are very responsive to any requests you might have. This home location sits on a short dead end street near a beautiful salt marsh teaming with all kinds of wildlife and offering veiws of gorgeous sunsets. It's also only a 5 minute walk (if it's even that) to the beach and views of beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. The beautiful home has plenty of rooms for sleeping, space to just get up and move around or just hang out in. It has 3 full baths, so theres not a lot of time spent waiting for everyone to shower and go. It also provides a well equiped kitchen with all the tools for the cook (or a amateur chef) to have a ball creating a gourmet feast for the rest of the house guests with fresh from the ocean seafood. There's plenty of things to do in the area and plenty of places to get a great sit down meal or takeout. We did all of that and more! This was and is an awesome vacation rental offering all you need for a great vacation.

Beautiful Home in our Favorite part of the world

Sister Trip 2023

We enjoyed our stay!! We stayed in the middle of Boston and Portland. So we were able to drive and come back in a short amount of time!! The host got back to us each time we asked a question. The house was very well stocked for everything we needed. She even supplied bedding because we were unable to bring it. Thought the house was very quaint!

Clean, spacious and comfortable

We spent 3 lovely nights at Meghan’s property. It was super clean, very spacious and comfortable for our group of 4. The house is nicely stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). Having a few board games was a nice touch for rainy days. The beach was a short walk away. Meghan prefers guests bring their own sheets and towels, so make sure to plan ahead! We would happily stay here again!

Great Weekend Stay

Just as Described! Fantastic beach house at a reasonable price. Everything you need for a short or long vacation is here. Plenty of clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils for cooking; Comfortable furniture and living quarters; beach chairs and toys for the kids. The hosts were great and available for any questions. We will stay here again!

Fun in the Sun

Meghan and Gavin’s home is amazing ! You have everything you need and more. Their place is beautifully decorated, adding a spark of sunshine to every room! The furniture and beds are super comfy. We especially loved walking the clean and beautiful Salisbury beach. We had such a great time! Can’t wait to return next summer!

Excellent Beach House!

My husband and 3 kids (15, 15 & 13) stayed for 2 nights in this house. My only regret is that we didn't book it for longer because it was amazing! Not only was the house very clean and spacious, but it had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive when I reached out with a question as well. We spent our time driving up the coast into Maine, and hanging out on the beach, which is just a block away. I hope that we have the chance to visit again some day!

Lovely Spot for a Restful Weekend

The location was great! Some noise from 1A, but the location is tucked away from the road and feels like a perfect getaway. The house was also very conveniently located between Portsmouth and Newburyport, which made going out super easy. The house was a great size and had two fantastic decks that were great for a morning cup of coffee or a quiet night watching the sunset. The kitchen was well equipped with all the plates and flatware we needed, and a dishwasher and big sink made cleanup easy. There are a lot of stairs, so if you’re traveling with someone who isn’t great on them that could be an issue. The open kitchen, dining and living rooms really fostered a good environment for conversation and fun as a group, while still being cozy and a space for rest. All in all, a great home and experience. The hosts were incredibly responsive and answered all the questions we had!
