"I absolutely loved my stay here! It was very easy to find, staff were very communicative, and it was convenient to everything I wanted to do. Most of all, it was extremely quiet and peaceful, with an unbeatable view every morning. The nearby inn offered great food and friendly service for dinner, and the store was also convenient for snacks and coffee. I would most definitely stay there again. "

"We stayed in ‘The Bothy’ at Artun. Mrs Cameron met us and made us feel welcome. The position of the Bothy was good for us as it was close to the loch and we saw an otter. We enjoyed the peaceful setting. Thank you."

"Fantastic holiday home. Beautiful views of the sea. We saw lots of birds including gannets diving and an otter. The air field was very cool too- we saw three or four planes over the course of the week and the pilot even waved to us in the living room which the children (and adults!) loved. "We used An Cala as a base for the 4 of us to photograph the wild life and landscape on the top end of Mull. The accomodation was great for our stay clean and comfortable, providing more facilities than we used (cooking clothes washing etc). We had great views over Tobermory and on the last day a red deer stag and 2 doe in the garden. You will need a fair level of fitness to walk up the hill from the harbour to the property. "

"We stayed in the cottage 24 years ago and loved it. It has not changed much. This is the charm of the place. The cottage is situated in a quiet setting on Loch Sunart and after exploring all day was a nice place to relax and unwind. Our host Charlie was great. We had a water issue and it was handled straight away. I hope to return soon. A week was to short."
