"This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. "

"The house is very nice however, the floors are a little slanted and uneven. The bathtub has no grip handle and we found it a little uncomfortable getting in and out. The bathmat smelled moldy, luckily we bought our own and did not use theirs.When taking a shower, the bathtub did not drain well it filled up to about 3 inches while taking a shower. "We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches."

"This was a perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter. Every room had a nautical touch and was big enough for one or two. Very comfortable. Kitchen was big and so cute. Beach access was a couple doors down. Thank you for a safe place to lay my head."

"Property was clean and quiet, easily accessible with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Bathroom is very small with SMALL standup shower. Excellent kitchen but only 1 TV in whole unit. Overall location was nice with access to beach very close. "
