Keowee Key Townhome - Pet Friendly, View of Golf Course plus Amenities

We are a pet friendly town home so your puppy baby can vacation with you as well. This gated community nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains surrounded by Lake Keowee features 2 marinas located at the north side of the complex and the south side, which is close to the unit, The North marina location offers pontoon rental, kayaking or canoeing and has a lovely 2-mile walking trail on the edge of the lake. The South Marina offers a grassy area with lounge chairs and a picnic area where you can relax and watch the boats go by. The complex also has two outdoor pools which are located at the North Marina as well and the other outdoor pool is located by Captain's Walk which is close to the unit. The Fitness Center is a fully equipped with various workout machines and a full universal gym and weights. There is also an indoor Olympic-size pool plus locker rooms for use as part of the amenities available. Enjoy dining on site at the Club restaurant and bar. There is also the Bistro Cafe for quick dining or having a refreshment on their patio overlooking the golf course. Feel free to go leisure- walking on the trails throughout the compound, which is all easily accessible. This spacious townhouse is only 14 miles from Clemson for any sporting event, fine dining & shopping plus, only 10 minutes from Seneca for fine dining in Ram Cat Alley or to go hiking at the scenic Stumphouse Tunnel and Park. The unit's main floor has the primary bedroom with a California king size bed, and TV. There are two "lazy boys" lounge chairs and a sofa in the living room area. Plus, a fully equipped kitchen with major appliances and is also furnished with a blender, crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board plus a hand-held steamer. There is a second bedroom and bath with a queen-size bed on the upper level. In addition, there's a pullout sleeper with a full mattress in the den area. Wi-Fi and cable are available along with all the comforts that you would have at home. KKPOA Parking fee per vehicle $15. Effective Jan. 1st, 2025 - There is also a KKPOA Rental Administration fee of $20 that the rental liaison collects on all short-term rentals. This house had everything we needed and so many extra comforts. Cozy couches, chairs, blankets were very inviting. Comfortable beds were relaxing with plenty of pillows. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plus there was a welcome basket with much needed snacks when we arrived from long day of travel.

Quiet, peaceful stay

This condo is open, light filled, and fully stocked. Great view off of the deck and so incredibly comfortable. Host provided furniture covers and bowls since we were bringing dogs, and there was plenty of room in the loft for crates. We didn't want for anything during our stay, but if we had the host was always very quick to respond. Really lovely Keowee Key stay!

The unit needs updating. The railing in the loft is low. I would not recommend staying there with small children. Great location for attending a family event at Keowee Key.

Above and beyond!

This home was fantastic! Ann was amazing to work with and communication was top notch. We have stayed at a lot of vrbo rentals but have never felt as comfortable and at home as at this rental. Our stay was very relaxing. The townhome is in a quiet neighborhood. The townhome was very well stocked with supplies by the owner, Ann. It is very clean and well maintained. The deck was a relaxing way to begin each day. Ann was very responsive to communications, both email and text. We look forward to booking our next trip to the Upstate with Ann.

Wonderful stay

Keowee Key is an amazing community and this unit was perfect. We are building nearby and need places to stay until our home is done. The unit had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. The community walking trails are a great work-out and my dog loved the dog park. I loved being in the end unit. It’s very quiet and there are deer grazing in the backyard. It overlooks a fairway and you can hear golfers and their balls, but it is very treed and you are uphill. We liked the unit so much that we rented it again to tie us over until our home is done.

Great location, Well stocked unit

We had a lovely time at Lake Keowee and found this townhouse in Keowee Key to be perfect for our needs. The home was well stocked with all of the essentials and the property owner was very informative and answered all communications quickly. We brought fur family and I loved how close by the grass area was for potty breaks. There were beautiful walking trails throughout the community, we were close to hiking and pickleball courts and of course the lake. Renting a kayak was both affordable and effortless! We will be back!

Weekend Getaway

Our family was looking for a long weekend getaway that was pet-friendly. The townhouse was a perfect place! We rented kayaks, fished with our son and had great walks spying a few dear! Ann was an incredible host, well-stocked for our needs. She was very communicative and clearly explained how amenities worked, including the gate, making it a simple process. Will definitely return!

Perfect Place for our Family

Property was very clean and felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay. Greeted on checkin with a nice card and bottle of wine. House had everything you need. Even coffee pods to start the day. Very detailed directions on everything, which made the stah very easy. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit my parents. Thank you so much.

Enjoyed our return to this property. It was clean and comfortable, as it always is. We didn't need the extra bed which has been added to the loft, so would have preferred the futon/TV sitting area which used to be in the space, but understand the added bed capacity is appealing to some. Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay!
