This is my second time renting this home for Ironman Oregon race. I stayed 6 days for both times. Accommodations are perfect. Very comfortable for home away from home. Easy to get to everything.

Very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed place to stay. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. The host’s communication was timely and adequate. A couple of minor downsides were no TV and the neighborhood was a little run down. We felt safe and had no issues.

I am typically provided a binder, email, or paper with more details and instructions regarding the property and expectations. Specifically, the check-out process such as "strip the sheets", "throw towels in the washer", or "empty garbage cans". There wasn't any info shared beyond the check-in/ -out times and code to get in. As such, we did a quick and basic tidy. The house is small, but clean and nice. A bathroom fan would be helpful. The location turned out to be great for the events we were in town for.

Our visit to Salem, Oregon

I was disappointed that the house was not ready at 3 o'clock like we were told it would be, and unfortunately the entire neighborhood looked sketchy. The house was decorated so nicely and is such a cute place. I think the housekeeper probably had to rush through the cleaning in order to have it ready since we were waiting. Everything was clean, except for the floors and rugs. We were disappointed that there wasn't a tv, but I had made a wrong assumption that there would be. The owner, Jessica, was very nice and helpful when we needed to call her. Overall, our stay was good.

Disappointed

The street was very narrow and very impacted by excessive street parking. The heater really didn’t work well never reaching a comfortable temperature. I liked the Keurig and it was well stocked with coffee pods. It seemed a bit strange after paying all fees nonrefundable to have to wait as long as we did to get the address. If this is a VRBO system, we may simply reconsider whether to use this. Overall, the pictures made it seem much better than it actually was. The shower was the worst I’ve been in. It was unusually and extremely small. The furniture was minimally, acceptable,

Awesome remodeled house.

This property was very clean and comfortable. The pictures accurately depict the quality of the house. Communication with the property manager was smooth. The only negative was that it was listed as having a hot tub and did not. Regardless, this property was fantastic and I give it 5 stars!

Manager Jessica deserves 10 stars

This is our third stay in this comfortable house. Jessica has always been attentive. This time, the refrigerator died. She delivered an ice chest and a new refrigerator in just a few hours. Be sure to bring your own bar soap, lotion and charging blocks (wall charging heads) for your devices.

Clean and cozy

My son had a football camp at Willamette University and it was an easy commute to and from the stadium. We were much more comfortable then had we stayed in a hotel. Plus our friends who stayed at the hotel had their car broken into downtown. Our car was unbothered. I’d happily stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

Eating on a trip is a crap shoot. We like Vrbo cuz we can cook some or all of our meals. Would suggest several more frying pans and pots and a BBQ grill outdoors as to not smell up a house that was very clean. The renovation was well done. No TV was a pleasant surprise as we played cards and actually visited. Quiet neighbors. Nice.

We had a great stay at this house, home was clean & decorated very nicely. Felt safe in the home even though neighbors had campers in their front yard with with people leaving in them.

Clean and Cozy

Nicely remodeled little house...very comfortable. Would be a great place to stay if planning to attend anything at the fairgrounds. Neighborhood is a little rundown but on a quiet street. A smart TV would be a nice addition but the house itself is very cute, clean and comfortable and had all the basics you would need. The air conditioner worked awesome!

Clean and New!

This was the perfect place for our visit to Salem. The location couldn't have been better for us and the home looked like it had just been renovated. Everything was new and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall it was a great experience!

Perfect vacation rental

This was the perfect vacation rental and property. It was just the right size for our family, pretty close to everything we needed such as Sports complex, stores, gas etc.... The owner was very helpful and responsive with questions we had.

Great place to stay during Oregon22

We decided late to go to the World Athletics Championships in Eugene OR and needed a place to stay. Everything closer to Eugene was booked long beforehand and this turned out to be the perfect place for us. Clean, comfortable and inviting.

Better than expected!

Very comfortable home. Close to everything. Also, surprisingly quiet neighborhood, most have trouble sleeping while traveling, not the case for us at this home. Will look for availability of this home in future travels.

Nice place!

My partner and I enjoyed this sweet house. The host even left us a Thank you card and Carmel popcorn. Nice amenities of Keurig coffee, teas, etc. It does not have a TV, but does have wifi. Very clean and tastefully decorated. It was located near my mom's and sister's, so easy to get to both places. Would highly recommend!
