Set over three floors in the heart of Salcombe, this well designed five-bedroom home offers a spacious and homely retreat for up to 12 guests. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub overlooking the water, sipping coffee on the terrace, or unwinding in the sauna, every detail has been considered to ensure a memorable stay.

Foredecks features five well-appointed bedrooms, providing the perfect balance of privacy and space for families, friends, and groups.
Main Bedroom (Third Floor) – A stunning double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and rooftop views over the Salcombe estuary.
Twin Bedroom (Third Floor) – Bright and airy, with two full-size single beds, storage and a Velux window.
Double Bedroom with Ensuite (First Floor) – A cozy and stylish bedroom, with its own modern ensuite bathroom and storage.
Double Bedroom (First Floor) – A tranquil room with plush bedding and built-in storage.
Bunk Room (First Floor) – The ultimate kids’ or teenagers’ den, with two full-size bunk beds, a TV, games console, and futon – ideal for movie nights or gaming sessions!

3) There is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.
4) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
5) The sauna is included for all bookings. The hot tub is included for all stays longer than a week and is an optional extra of £250 for shorter stays.
6) Two well behaved dogs are permitted at this holiday home, subject to our simple dog rules and a small additional charge.
7) Due to the accommodation being set over three floors, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
8) All stays include access to 2 permits for the long stay car park in Salcombe.
9) Complimentary access to our Salcombe Abode inclusive concierge service, together with a luxury Salcombe Abode welcome pack on arrival.
