"Soy un gran fan de Mandarín. Calculo que he estado en cerca de 30 distintos en todo el mundo. Donde hay uno, lo elijo. El de Shanghai, muy inesperadamente, no me pareció sobresaliente en servicio y en calidad de sus restaurantes, a pesar de haber experimentado"

"The staff was absolutely world class. I needed Asthma medication while visiting the country on short notice and they helped me to get it. They were friendly, accomodating and went above and beyond from the reception through to the housekeeping. Would visit again just for this hotel alone."

"The hotel was very clean, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Gofor my personal taste too much perfume in the entrance and the carpets needto beckean Overall was good"

"Unbelievable! Everything was amazing! Breakfast Buffet, the room, restaurants, the bar at the top!! Awesome!! Take the elevators to the right down to the underground malls!!!!"

"I've stayed at the Regent in Taipei so trusted it would just as good in Shanghai. Clearly something is missing. Huge shortage of staff in comparision. Not enough at front desk, aside from the environment it is not different than a 2 star motel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful when they have time and get to you. Had to ask reguarly for more coffee and cream in the room. Budget cuts come to mind when these things add up. Staff cuts, skimping on little things like coffee creamers, only...

"Great location on the financial side of beautiful Shanghai"

"Great hotel.got upgraded to king suite.very big.clean carpet though out hotel was stained .Breakfast was good.. near line 2 .that takes 2 stops away from the bund. Mall nearby."

"Clean room. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Excellent room witz city view. Spacious bathroom"

"Bathroom door did not completely close"

"Every time I travel to Shanghai I stay here. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is close to downtown but far way enough that it’s peaceful and there are not crowds of people. It’s also close to the subway which is about a 10 minute walk. The service is great as well, Joanna was very helpful with checking us out, and providing information. Thank you for the great stay and hope to come back soon!"

"5 star hotel, very good value for money for the standard of the hotel. We upgraded to the suite due to arriving early after a night flight from UK, so needed to check in early to get some sleep. Only a suite was available which cost approximately another £218, however it was amazing and we were made to feel like royalty. Fresh fruit, water, deserts, and nuts waiting for us. There was also all the soft drinks included in the minibar. Excellent location, walking distance to all the main...

"Booked as "Ching-Le Hotel", but booking showed up as "Feng-Du Hotel" for some reason. Both in the same building. Thus, a bit confusing. Great Location with food court & small convenience store next door. McDonald's close by. Close to public transportation, the Bund & shopping areas was close by with a short DiDi ride. Very convenient location. Bathroom is clean with plenty of hot water & hair conditioner (so many don't provide), room has bathrobe. Staff also accommodate late check-out at 2:00pm,...
