"The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. We were also able to watch the Monkey Show at half price because the villa is operated by the theater next door. It was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Great location and great staff. Room was exactly as described japanese style"

"Very convenient location, Lawson right next door, close to the Ropeway, etc."

"The unit is furnished beautifully with walnut and backlit ambience. The beds are large and feel luxurious. Unfortunately there were critical issues that brought the overall rating down. A lot. Not just stairs, but lifting it up on the flat ground too, because the entire property sits on top of gravel. Second, there is barely light on the property, we...

"Electricity was interrupted regularly causing frequent blackouts, around 10 minutes intervals. It was inconvenient to take showers because the electric heater was not consistent. Tried to call owner but failed. Everything else was in good condition. Parking location was good, directly in front of the house. "

"Cool concept. True glamping as you cook/prepare your food but in a kitchen/grill atmosphere. The dome sleeping was cozy. Had air conditioning or heat as needed. Plenty of space. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor bathroom. Outdoor balcony had both hot and cool soak tubs plus a domed steam sauna. Amenities provided. Shuttle service from bus stop or train if requested. Ensure you contact them ahead of time as they have to plan your arrival. Otherwise take a taxi. Ensure translator app if you don’t...

"Will definitely stay in this place again!"

"Very helpful staff. Useful courtesy bus from station - tourist office will call to arrange for you if you only have an esim. Excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious room, with great view of Mount Fuji from our balcony. For a small fee the hotel will hold bags after checking out."

"Everything was great , besides the shower was very cold and the water pressure wasn’t good , besides that everything was great great great"
