This ground floor apartment within a safe and secure development (only 15 mins walking distance from Santa Maria Town centre), comprises of one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, safe and dresser. It has a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower over bath. It has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with a double sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary white goods. There is a TV in the lounge. There is air-conditioning in the lounge and a large fan in the bedroom. The lounge opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor dining furniture and over looks the beautiful garden and swimming pool area. The swimming pool currently under maintenance, guests can use another pool 2-3 mins walk away from the apartment.
There are free shuttle bus passes provided to travel to Santa Maria and Ponta Preta beach. Guests can use the swimming pool, kids pool, small playground and sun-beds.
There is a well stocked supermarket within the resort and there is a coffee shop , bar and two restaurants.
Newly developed golf course within walking distance.

Each guest will be provided with clean bed linens and towels for the use during their stay and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. Bottle of water and welcome pack of essentials is provided.

WiFi is free in public areas of the resort, however we strongly recommend to purchase a booster or data SIM card from local store. We can arrange booster for the apartment for additional charge.

Additional / daily cleaning is available for extra charge as well as additional laundry service can be arranged for a fee.
