"We had a superior twin room. It was pretty battered with scuff marks on the walls and dehumidifier. There was a table with only one chair, no usb plugs. The room lacked comfort with hard beds, 1 odd pillow and the thinnest duvet - may have only been a cover, but not entirely sure. We had a view of a carpark. This was the worst of 10 places we stayed in Japan, definitely the worst duvet. Shame as other places we stayed had great snuggly duvets. For someone facing long flights the next day, the...

"This property made you feel safe.The staff was very helpful as our flight was delayed and by the time was got to the hotel it was 11:00pm & we needed to be up by 6:00am. But the staff led us to the nearest 7/11. Bento & onigiri hit the spot!"

"Great quiet place to come back for some much needed rest after all the activity during the day. Queen Double Rooms were on the smaller side but this is common in Tokyo; the Twin bed rooms were far more spacious. Very clean! The only thing that although convenient, could use some upgrade is the coin laundry - our clothes didn't dry completely so we had to air dry in our rooms. Beware of this if you are on a strict traveling schedule. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend!"

"We lived our stay here, we used this as out base in Japan. We left a lit of stuff in our roon and travelled to Oaska and kyoto saving us careying all our luggage around. Restaurant on 1st floor was totally amazing reccomend you book as there is not a lot of tables however the groubd floor restaurant offers a slightly different menu and this does have plenty of tables but still a goo idea to book. Both restaurants were amazing service above and beyond.
Bakery in reception is out of this worls...
