"Immediately upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk and made to feel like a priority with their proactive and efficient help. The whole process for my check in took less than five minutes and the front desk spoke perfect English which was a breath of fresh air. Anytime I walked past the front desk, they were attentive and would greet me warmly. The location is so convenient! Everything is within walking distance and has two Hakodate food specialties Lucky Pierrot and Hasaegawa...

"　ゆったりと自宅にいる感覚で、落ち着いたステイのできるホテルです。個人的には、連泊以上の中長期滞在型の宿泊で、アクティビティーを積極的に楽しみたい方、ホテル内でゆっくりとくつろぎたい方、両方に向いていると感じております。 　全10部屋のホテルですので、チェックイン・チェックアウトも混雑することがありません。ホテルのスタッフも皆様大変に丁寧で、臨機応変にカスタマーの要望に対応していただけるので、ありがたい存在です。フロントカウンター横には、函館市内外の情報誌やマップ等が豊富に揃っておりますので、観光情報への対応も万全な印象を受けました。 　お食事は朝食のみいただきましたが、心のこもった、おいしい朝ごはんでした。連泊の方には、毎朝のメニュー内容が変わりますし、また食物アレルギーや苦手な食材についても対応してくださいました。 　函館滞在時の定宿として、またお世話になりたいです。"

"It was my second time staying at Tokyu Stay Hakodate Asaichi Akarinoyu, and it has been excellent both times. Both times, I have had a nice view from my room. I also enjoyed the view from the lounge. The proximity to both Hakodate station and the morning market is a huge plus. It is also near the Daimon Yokochō, which is a great place to have dinner. "ラウンジでのドリンクサービスが何回でも利用でき、子ども用にソフトドリンクも出してもらえたのが良かったです。部屋も狭くなく、清潔感ありました。函館駅や観光スポットへのアクセスも良く、利用して良かったです。 ペット連れで利用出来るということで、ワンちゃんがいましたが、鳴き声が聞こえることもなく、特に気にならなかったです。"

"We really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast in both the regular buffet and Japanese meal were awesome, but the wait for the buffet was long. The hotel was in a great location for all sightseeing in the area. It would be nice to have recycling boxes in the rooms to collect paper and bottles. "

"朝食は無料と思えないほど豪華で、また、味も良く、大変満足でした。連泊しましたが、メニューも違い、楽しく食事ができました。 部屋も快適で、観光から戻ると、自宅に帰ったような安心感がありました。温泉があるのも、非常にありがたかったです。 また立地もよく、観光に歩くのにも、電車の駅も近いし、JRの駅までも歩いて行けました。 これだけのホテルで、このお値段とは信じられないくらいです！またぜひ利用したいです。"
