"東京→新潟→宿泊→糸魚川→東京　の道中に使わせて頂きました。 学生時代に部活やサークルの合宿で使うような雰囲気の建物をリノベーションされたような感じです。全体的にキレイで快適に過ごせます。 部屋も広いので家族4人でゆったり出来ます。 朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方も明るく親切。大満足でした。 検索した時は、同じような価格帯で安定したクオリティが予想されるビジネスホテルも出てきましたが、こちらを選択して良かったと思います。 広い部屋でゆったり、を希望する人には特にお勧めしたいです。 "

"If I could give 6 stars I would. This place and its staff were amazing. Our room had a private spring fed tub in the room, a sauna, a massage chair and tons of space. The pictures didn't do it justice. The staff was crazy attentive, served us an impressive breakfast and was helpful every step of the way. We would 100% stay again. "Absolutely fantastic. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very warm and kind and made my stay very comfortable. My Japanese is very limited, but they took the time to carefully explain things for me at a level I could understand, including the food. If you can get out to Tsunan (and the train there was quite scenic, so do try), I really can't recommend it enough. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer."

"長野マラソンに参加のため滞在しました。 その旨を伝えると、スタートは朝早いため朝食会場での食事ができないので、おにぎりとプロテインを用意してくれました。 その心遣いがありがたかったです。 基本的に問題点はなかったのですが、あえてあげるなら2つ。 1つ目は客室に向かう途中のところに喫煙スペースがあり、嫌煙家の自分は必ずその前を通らないといけないのが苦手でした。 2つ目はサウナが欲しかったです。"

"The on site Onsen natural baths, being able to choose either a private Onsen or alternative public baths, in the hotel. The private baths meant we could have the bath space to ourselves and wear a cosi! "We stayed in a traditional Japanese room with private onsen. The room was lovely. The private onsen was a treat. Meals were traditional Japanese and beautifully prepared and presented. My partner’s gluten allergy was accommodated well."
