"The riad is beautiful, everything is new and very clean. There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is great, right in the heart of the medina. The breakfast is delicious, a typical Moroccan breakfast, super complete and freshly made. The two ladies at the reception are lovely and super attentive. Since it was our first time in Fez, they recommended the best places and helped us find a good guide to visit the old medina. We would definitely come back, and we will."

"We stayed just 1 night. The first day we arrived early at the morning and the second day we also checked out early, so the host provided us the breakfast at the first day, that was fantastic big portion local meal! Besides, the host helped to arrange the pickup service from the CTM station, the 20min trip charged us $80, it would be at least 50% cheaper if we took the taxi. For the location, it was outside the medina, <10min taxi would cost $15 by meter. The leather tannery is also walking...

"Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. The Riad is beautiful with luxurious towels, slippers and bathrobes."

"The service was impeccable! Marcos went above & beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable, but that he made us feel like family (checking on our desires & anticipating our every need). "We stayed at Riad Layalina for 4 nights. It was an excellent experience, I'd give them 6 out of 5 if I could. Great location - easy to get to, you can get by car or taxi right to the entrance door. Medina streets are just a couple of steps away. Views from the rooftop & the terrace are awesome.
