"Excellent customer service!
Rooms are not quite like the pictures and anything that touches water ie toilet, shower, hot tub all smelled. Had to run the tub once to get all the nasty smell out and smell came fronts"

"The gentleman at reception was very welcoming and chatty. Check in was smooth and the reception area was nicely furnished and clean.
The accommodation was comfortable, clean, well decorated and nicely furnished.
My only issue was that to get access to the bathroom was through the master bedroom and we had our teenage son with us, who was sleeping on the bed settee in the living room area.
We had a small terrace outside our ground floor apartment which would have benefited from a small table...
