"Het huis en zwembad zijn heel goed MAAR… wel geluidsoverlast van nabij (70 m) gelegen ‘jongeren/groeps-accomodatie’ waar tot 45 p zaten met harde muziek buiten tot laat in de avond en joelende schreeuwende jongelui rondom hun zwembad tot na middernacht!
