An outdoor staircase leads to a first terrace and the studio bedroom, which has a separate entrance through a bay window and features a convertible sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, stovetop, etc.). To the right of this room is the villa’s main entrance. We are on Level 2, and a wide staircase leads down to Level 1, which features 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and its private bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (80x200), one bathroom (with a bathtub), and a separate restroom are located on the landing. The interior staircase leads down to level 0 of the villa, which features a bright living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa, a TV, a laundry room (washing machine, baby gear, storage), and a half-bath with a sink. The living area opens onto a first terrace featuring a lounge area by the pool and another terrace ideal for dining, equipped with patio furniture and a griddle.
