"We were in town for a golf tournament and gathering afterwards and need a nice place to stay so we didn’t have to drive over 2 hours home late that nite. The room was lit up and easy to find. Parked right in front of our door. Easy couple minute drive into downtown Prescott for a wonderful breakfast Great place to stay. Owner was very easy to communicate with, sent a couple messages saying everything as ready for us."

"I was disappointed with this VRBO stay. The listing photos do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The home is much older than it appears online, and several details were either omitted or misleading. One major issue was that all of the bedrooms and the only bathroom were located upstairs, which was not disclosed in the listing. We traveled with a senior citizen who had significant difficulty navigating the stairs, and had we known this beforehand, we would have booked a...

"The lobby was very dirty as we're the halls. Room was reasonably clean, but furniture battered with chunks of missing finish. The whole facility smelled strongly of pungent food being cooked, and tobacco smoke. There was no one at the desk for some time. When she finally turned up she said she was working an extra shift without relief and was about to lock up and leave. As it was only 5 pm I asked what would happen if we were later. She shrugged and said we'd have to call the 3rd party we...

"The good: Place looks exactly as described, the deck is quite roomy and nice, very relaxing, host was very responsive. First block off the main strip downtown, so it was a very short walk to the hustle and bustle. Single A/C unit was enough to get the 85 degree outside weather down to a nice and cool temp for sleeping. The rooftop area is also cute and quaint. The bad: the trains will run every 2 hours at night and blast their horn each time. This is clarified at the bottom of the rental...

"Jessica ist einfach unglaublich. Sie war viel netter, hilfsbereiter und rücksichtsvoller, als ich es mir jemals hätte vorstellen können. Ihr Kundenservice war fantastisch, sie war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und hat sich sogar die Zeit genommen, Frühstückszeiten, WLAN-Zugangsdaten, Passwort usw. aufzuschreiben. "This vrbo unit in Minneapolis was extremely convenient with getting on and off the highway. A very quiet location surprisingly since it is so close to the highway and airport. The unit is part of a duplex. Never heard a peep from the shared home: The property has a front yard that is fenced in for dogs- and garage parking. The unit is very clean and spacious with an open floor plan. Wooden floors look very nice and the appliances are newer. Remember that wooden floors creak- so if you...

"We enjoyed our time at this property. Communication with the host was very easy and prompt using the app to send messages. As an example, upon arrival we had trouble unlocking the door using the provided code; they let us in within a minute and reset the code. "The location was perfect for us. We were in town for our son's wedding. The venues included Como Park and WA Frost. The restaurant was within walking distance. Hi Hat was also within walking - lots of choices for food and easy to get around. The unit was clean. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Coffee was provided, and the oven worked. Our only complaint was that it was a little "dark" - lighting could be added. The dark grey walls and ceilings throughout (except for the...
