Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower) and a sleeping area.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 28 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Sleeping area: with a double bed (140×190), separated by a partition without a door
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A 120 m² communal indoor swimming pool (heated), open from 1 April to 30 September from 9 am to 8 pm, is at your disposal
- A 9 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
