"The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!"

"My husband and I stayed here and the staff was excellent and kind and Stacie made sure to check on us to make sure we were pleased with our check-in and stay. My husband, who struggles with hotel pillows brought one from home didn’t even need it because their pillows were perfect. The breakfast and coffee station was great and the air conditioning…I had to turn it down a bit, LOL! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"Everything it said they had wasn’t there it said there was a pool and it was closed for construction they said there was complaintary breakfast and there wasn’t the 2 nd floor had a bad odor and roaches"

"The staff was very helpful, the room was clean with very comfortable beds, the only thing I could say that needs improvement was breakfast, it wasn't kept stalked very well , not because of the worker but because she was over worked having to do a lot of other things at the same time."

"Staff upon arrival was not the friendliest, was more worried about being on her cell phone rather than helping guests. Hot tub was not "hot". Overall we love the hotel, not our first visit & not our last."

"Wifi never worked, tub was disgusting. Trash all over parking lot, had to call to front desk multiple times over wifi that absolutely did not work. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and elevator didnt work."

"This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV."

"No cold water in the bathroom sink 1st night. Thought breakfast was included. Apparently was not. It was about $15. Ridiculous. Overused lumpy pillows. Ripped curtains. Not impressed."

"Someone hit my car in the parking lot, but I didn't notice the damage until I got home. No pool. Would be nice if they allowed access to pools on sister properties would be a plus."

"The first room had a fridge that didn’t work so I was moved to 404 and it stunk so bad. There was a moldy stench and I made a request to be moved, but I was told they just fogged it out with freshener. However, it still smelled the same. Housekeeping went in to clean up and didn’t leave towels, refresh the makeup remover pack and toilet paper."

"No microwave in my room. Didn't realize that there was a fridge until my exit ( camaflodged behind a door that looked like 3 drawers, which I didn't use), NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST"
