For your vacation, discover this 1-bedroom apartment + cabin bedroom of approximately 40 m² on the 1st floor with elevator - Balcony with sea and golf course views, south-west exposure.

o Suitable for 5 people. Ideally located near the golf course, quiet, with sea views. In a residence with a shared swimming pool.

o LIVING ROOM with equipped kitchenette (recently installed in 2020): 2 ceramic hobs, mini oven/microwave, refrigerator (2024), dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, storage units, clothes rack.
- Sofa bed 2 (140x190) - Flat-screen TV, coffee table, storage TV unit, table with chairs, electric shutters, bay window giving access to a south-west facing balcony facing the sea.

o BEDROOM: 2 beds (90x190), closet (hanging/shelf), chest of drawers, window overlooking the passageway, manual shutters.

Hallway: ALCOVE Bedroom: Two bunk beds (80x190cm) with storage drawers underneath.
