Viatges a Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle

Parfait pour un court séjour

Great Location, but Several Areas Need Improvement The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it easy to find food and drinks at any time. The team was friendly and helpful via text. However, we had a frustrating experience with the air conditioning. On our second night, it stopped working, leaving the room extremely hot. Management offered to send someone to check it, but despite my request to address the issue while we were out all day, no one showed up. We were left with another uncomfortable night, and the initial suggestion was simply to open the window. Management later explained that the AC is turned off in mid-October due to cooler weather. This policy should be clearly communicated to guests. Space is also an issue. Although the living area is more spacious, the bedroom and bathroom are extremely small. There is barely room for luggage, and even drying your hair in the bathroom is difficult without hitting the shower walls. Finally, cleanliness was disappointing. The building entrance was consistently dirty, especially around the garbage bins, and the rug at the apartment entrance was stained and visibly dirty. This falls short of what I would expect from a property advertised as four-star accommodation. Overall, the location is a major plus, but the lack of follow-through on the AC issue, limited space, and cleanliness problems significantly affected our stay.

Πολύ καθαρά. Φιλόξενη υποδοχή. Σουπερμάρκετ κοντά. Ασφαλής γειτονιά.
