"Wow this house is amazing. Great location with sea views . Beautifully modern and clean . We stayed as a group of 8 and had plenty of room . Highlights were the hot tub and outdoor area . The hosts went above and beyond and always answered queries quickly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again . "

"A fantastic stay in the heart of St Ives We loved our time at 5 Lyonesse Apartments! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, train station and cultural high points like Tate Gallery St. Ives. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was lovely. A great base for exploring the town and coastline. "The property was very well maintained clean and comfortable. Parking was just up the road where there was plenty of room at the side of the road. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The POD was great for a couple of nights but wouldn't have been suitable for a longer stay due to its size. The POD is in the owners garden. It was a 20 minute walk from St. Ives Harbour but there was a bus stop a short walk away."

"The best of the stay for us was how thoughtfully things were made available to cater to the needs of the guest. From the Welcome book which had instructions and takeout menus to the safety pins in the drawers to the utensils in the kitchen. The location as well made our stay so much better, there is Co-op a couple meters away and short walk to the seafront. "

"The cottage is a short walk from the various beaches and shops of St Ives, so perfect for a short break in the town. The cottage is well equip and it's amazing how everything is fitting into the place.The only negative side is the lack of parking and having to stop on a double yellow to load/unload. It took us about an hour to find a parking space when we arrived, so plan ahead!"

"Lovely apartment, very clean, modern and spacious with everything you need.The location is perfect, a short walk down to Carbis Bay and a quick cheap train ride to St Ives (the location couldn't be more convenient for the station). It is also a great location to access lots of other beautiful beaches in the area, Gwithian was another favourite of ours for bodyboarding and to see the seals.Communication with the owners was great.Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s vacation flat. It was clean, comfortable in every way and the views from the front windows were breathtaking. There is excellent wifi and because we did cook some nights, we really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with useful utensils and stainless steel pans. "We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views over Carbis Bay. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped accommodation we have stayed in. The location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Our daughters said it was the best holiday they've had. Great memories made and we will definitely be returning."

"We had a lovely stay in the property. We were warmly welcomed by the property owners and the house was a great size for our holiday base with all the necessary amenities. The kids liked seeing the chickens and horses each day and we liked the peace and quiet at night. It’s only a short walk to carbis bay but certainly better walking down than back up the hill. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend."
