From the entrance, you discover a very beautiful bright living space, furnished with a high table and its stools for your meals. The cosy lounge is equipped with a television and a double sofa bed 140x190, ideal for comfortable nights.



At the back, a small equipped kitchen puts at your disposal everything you need to cook easily, with ceramic hob and essential equipment. You also have a modern bathroom with bathtub and toilet, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



The studio has a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, very cute, offering a view of the houses, ideal for your breakfasts or your moments of relaxation in the open air.



A private garage is also at your disposal, a real asset for parking with complete peace of mind during your stay.



Thanks to its privileged location, you can reach Bussoleries Beach on foot as well as nearby shops. You fully enjoy the Vendée coastline, cycling paths, the state forest, and the large sandy beaches.
