"Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and...

"We only had 2 issues that made the experience subpar. The pictures and the description say that the living room had sofa-bed for a third person. Just know, the sofa-bed is actually a chair. The photo shows a black futon couch. It was a chair that folds out into a sleeping space (like at a hospital). This is fine, but I would have brought an air mattress had I known. The other issue was the smoke alarm. It kept going off for no reason. It woke us up 3 different times. The owner ended up...

"The condo is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need including coffee pods and grounds and little creamer pods in the fridge. The pullout bed is the most comfortable I've ever laid on. There's a white noise machine in both bedrooms which is so thoughtful. The decor and colors in this condo are so beautiful.
