"Le manoir est superbe ! Belle immersion dans un décor rustique et sans chichi… plaisir à profiter de cet immense jardin entretenu avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. De beaux moments de partages familiaux et de repos au frais avec ce temps chaud ! Plusieurs plans d’eau permettant la baignade on régalés petits et grands. Et enfin un grand merci à notre hôte qui a pris le temps de nous raconter l’histoire de ce manoir et nous donner de bons conseils pour visiter la région."

"We have just returned from our wonderful holiday at this beautiful Gite in a lovely rural area of France. Amanda & Graham were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to ensure we had the most relaxing stay with the use of their pool and sunbeds. The welcome gift of wine and treats was very much appreciated after our long drive from England. Easy access to the motorway is close by for day trips out. We particularly enjoyed visiting La Rochelle and Poitiers and doing everything French...

"After initially staying for 10 days we then went to the Dordogne for a week. I wish we’d have stayed here the whole time! Still you live and learn. The gite is very clean, well equipped with a lovely modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of space to park your car. I have to say I’m a bit fussy, bringing my own bedding and towels but I didn’t need them here. The pristine white bedding and towels were changed every 5 days. "The gite was wonderful, everthing possible was there for the guests use….torch, matches, cleaning products, extra toilet rolls etc. We were welcomed with the most amazing pack of food products including beer & wine. The bed is super comfortable with additional blankets if needed, the large shower is great as well. The area/local towns were a little too quiet for us but we made the most of it….and it is out of season. "
