Holiday Home 'Terre De Pierres - Améthyste' with Private Terrace and Private Garden

3-star 57 m² gîte, nestled in a charming Périgord hamlet, ideally designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The gîte features a bright and welcoming living area, with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), dining room and living room with TV.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190), a shower room with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, and a separate toilet.

An ironing board and iron are also available.

Outside, there's a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.

Outdoor areas include a communal heated swimming pool (open from May to late September), shared with our second gîte Terre de Pierres - L'Aventurine (sleeps 10). A large garden with swing and volleyball court is also accessible.

The gîte is ideally located, 12 km from Sarlat (Dordogne valley), Montignac (Vézère valley) and Les Eyzies (prehistory museum), close to the famous Eyrignac gardens.

Numerous activities are available from the doorstep: hiking trails and mountain bike circuits, a leisure pond 4 km away (supervised swimming, fishing), as well as golf, canoeing, caving and accrobranche courses for young and old.

The Périgord Noir also offers an exceptional heritage to explore: castles, prehistoric caves, typical villages and gourmet markets at night.

Small dogs are accepted subject to prior agreement.

Bed linen and towels can be hired as an optional extra, as can cleaning services.
