A beautiful, restored house in the small hamlet of Choizinès. Entrance hall, very large and bright living area with a sitting area (stove), dining area, and fully equipped kitchenette, plus a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A mezzanine overlooking the living area features a work and reading area. Right next door is the family bedroom with a 160-size double bed and two 90-size beds (one of which is a pull-out bed). On the garden level, you’ll find three bedrooms, each with a 160-size double bed, two shower rooms, a toilet, and an utility room with a washer and dryer. The outdoor area features a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a plancha, as well as a fully enclosed yard. Motorcycles can be parked in the enclosed yard. One pet allowed (limited to a small pet).
