The room heating system wasn't working. The receptionist, Loïc, gave me another room. The new room was well heated. Thank you Loïc. The room wasn't cleaned daily. The towels weren't changed. Apparently, this is the hotel's policy. If you want daily cleaning, you have to pay an extra fee.

Séjour agréable, seul bémol...le bruit du frigidaire et un bruit extérieur sur le petit matin. Chambre propre, belle vue sur la seine, petit dejeuner très copieux.
