Oléron Camping Cap Soleil MH with Air Conditioning

The 4* Cap Soleil campsite is a family place, located in front of the sea and cycle paths. The mobile home (4 people) is located in a quiet alley close to amenities 3 minutes walk from the sea.

It consists of:
- 2 bedrooms (one 140cm bed and two 90cm beds)
- a living room with a convertible bench and dining area
- fully equipped open kitchen
- shower room with sink and separate toilet.
Non-smoking area.
- Covered terrace with table/chairs/barbecue

Bring sheets, pillow heads, towels and dish towels.

On arrival to be paid directly at the reception: Adult tourist tax 5€/day and 2.50€/child and pool bracelets 3€ for the stay/person.

Owner's side: A security deposit of €500 will be required before your arrival via Swikly by bank imprint, this is a deposit NOT debited and not withdrawn.
The deposit is mandatory to access the accommodation and can only be validated by credit card via the Swikly website.

To guarantee the peace of mind of all, it is strictly forbidden to connect an electric vehicle to the bungalow, under penalty of expulsion from the campsite and the collection of the security deposit.

No participation in the campsite will be refunded, regardless of the reason or early departure.
- Any damage to the campsite will be the responsibility of the tenant, including those caused by the children for whom he is responsible"
- The tenant undertakes to respect the internal rules of the campsite under penalty of immediate expulsion and without any refund
