A Lovely Location

Visited in mid June fortuately before the French holiday season. Even so this small area was quite busy at weekends but very quiet the rest of the 15 nights.The appartment is advertised as 4/6 but we feel that 4 is more appropriate. The bathroom features a shower over the bath and we've suggested to the owner that he should consider a couple of grab handles to facilitae safe access for the more elderly and less mobile visitors. I seem to have missed the fact in the advert that no towels are supplied - think perhaps that needs to be more obvious.A very comfortable and very enjoyable holiday albeit far too hot most days at 33degrees plus

Superb location in lovely seaside town

This is our second visit. In 9/2023 we spent one week…superb. In 9/2024 we spent two weeks! Enough said! The place was remodeled. The town is as great as ever. Great view, walk to town and beach, good kitchen, large bedrooms. Easy parking. Great check in. Hopefully we book for another two weeks in 9/2025.

Lovely views of the sea. Little French seaside town, several restaurants and bars, beach restaurants, long walks along the beach Lovely quiet French coastal holiday town. Apartment clean, spacious, well equipped. Easy to park, 5 th floor with elevator. It is a French seaside town. Magnificent.

Excellentes vacances à Saint Brévin l'océan

L'appartement est agréable, fonctionnel, parfaitement propre et offre une très belle vue. Il permet d'accéder très facilement à la plage, la boulangerie pour la baguette du matin est à deux pas. La place de parking privée est parfaite.

Madame et la belle mer

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue extraordinaire sur la plage. La proximité des commerces ainsi que la présence de restaurants de plage et traditionnels font que vous n avez pas des kms à faire pour vous restaurer. En ce qui concerne le logement pas de remarques négatives, de plus le locataire bénéficie d une place de parking dans l enceinte de la résidence. Spacieux et bien équipé les futurs locataires avec enfants passeront d'excellents vacances

Bel appartement bien distribué et fonctionnel. Cependant le convertible BZ situé dans une chambre, très inconfortable, ne permet pas de mettre la note maximale. Propriétaire très réactif et à l'écoute des locataires.

A ne pas louper !

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement vue sur mer. A quelques pas de la plage. Appartement très très bien équipé (cuisine, siège et parasol de plage etc). Conforme à la description et aux photos. Propriétaire très disponible et à l’écoute, ainsi que Chantal qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et également très disponible pour toutes questions. Séjour fantastique dans un appartement et un cadre magnifique

Mon séjour a été de deux mois pour un déplacement professionnel et franchement ç'a ressemblé à une vacance. Le propriétaire Mathieu a été depuis le début très disponible pour la préparation et l'organisation de mon arrivée, ainsi que plein des conseils pour profiter au mieux du coin merveilleux et toujours à l'écoute. L'accueil fait par sa collaboratrice Chantal a été impeccable avec beaucoup de flexibilité pour l'horaire d'arrivée. Chantal, en coordination avec Mathieu, est toujours disponible sur site en cas de besoin et très prévenant pour donner des renseignements utiles. L'appartement s'est montré très fonctionnel, super agréable et bien équipé avec des outils et appareils électroménagers de bonne qualité. L'emplacement est juste parfait, en plein centre du village à côté des commerces, du très bon marché du samedi et face à l'océan et à la belle plage, avec vue formidable sur toutes les côtés, chambres à coucher et séjour. J'ai même reçu un hommage de bienvenue, un sympa cadeau pendant le séjour et un tour de ménage gratuit. Merci beaucoup Mathieu, j'espère de retourner bientôt pour profiter encore de votre hospitalité chaleureuse!
