"The communication with our host was not proper. She didn’t let us know how to check in, we had to wait outside her house for 30 minutes, after driving for more than 7 hours and end up calling expedia customer care to get in contact with her as she didn't left any instructions nor she responded to my messages. The rooms appear bigger in photos. The heat was turned off for the house, it was quite chilly the first night and we could not sleep properly. On top of that, the lights went off in...

"The most important thing here is the excellent communication in this case with Sam. Very quick to repond. Its clean and does all you need and cost effective. It was not 1400 square feet, it did not have washer/dryer. Understand if you are on middle floor, you hear all footsteps above. Again awesome communication and great value, but not quite as marketed. "

"Very spacious and clean, lots of amenities in the neighbourhood and not a far walk from other key neighbourhoods! Had a little trouble finding the entrance at first but the check in instructions were clear, just make sure to read everything first! Host was communicative and easy to reach, even let me drop my bags off before check in when my plane was switched to an earlier flight."

"The host is very helpful and kind and the house itself is vwry inviting. The kitchen is fully functional and is spacious and open.rhey have wonderful big clean spacious room and a vwry nice back yard. The decor inside is inviting and he is a consciencious host. Loved it ! Would stay recommend to anyone !"

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay for a wedding in town. Beds were comfortable and place was beautifully clean. We would defiantly stay here again if back in the area. Host met us at arrival and explained everything we needed to know. "
