"Charlestown was lovely but Room 4 we was allocated was way too small it was Ok for a night or two but would try the pier if visiting again as didn’t think the cost matched the room size definitely would not want a week as way too small. Cons: Bathroom was too small it was like a walk in cupboard ..."

"Excellent, excellent and excellent is what I would like to say about our stay at this wonderful hotel. I have been to Charlestown before but never stayed. We have a medium sized dog (Sid) that we take everywhere with us, we know that most hotels nowadays are dog friendly but here was (in my opinion) ..."

"The room was dirty the general condition of the room was very damp their was 1 cup for the two people the kettle had been used for a pot noodle and not cleaned, the stairwell stunk of mold we were booked in for 3 nights we left after 2 nights couldn’t stand another night, our room wasn’t cleaned ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
