"Staff was friendly and responsive. Super low-key environment. Clean and as desribed. If you're looking for classy resort go somewhere else,but if you're traveling with kids it's perfect! One night some folks got loud at the pool and the managment dealt with in in 10 minutes. They have wagons, umbrellas, bbq, etc all for free use "

"First I have to say I am not a fussy traveler.
Very easy going but this place should not be called a RESORT. Everything about it was dated and worn out.
The furniture in my room and outdoor area was super dated and needed some attention.
The pool was about 20 ft long. The hot tubs they have are neglected.
The whole property is in need of a overhaul!
The pictures did not show all this.
I would not stay here if I were you!"

"The staff was super sweet and made us feel very welcome from check in. Even the breakfast concierge was very helpful when the waffle mix ran out. She replaced it quickly.
The rooms were tidy but we could tell the floors are not being mopped regularly and definitely not after each stay. Both mine and my boyfriend’s two rooms, after walking barefoot in them for only a few minutes, our feet And our children’s feet were completely black. And not just light grey, but BLACK.

"This is basically a motel room. The "suite" was about a 100 sq ft room, including a "kitchenette" (sink, microwave & mini fridge) and the bathroom. PROS: it's convenient to (though not ON) the beach, it's pretty affordable, & the staff is nice. CONS: Water pressure in the bath is a TRICKLE (if you have hair to wash, forget it), no hooks or space to hang wet clothes or anything, and the noisy AC dripped water from Day 1 and eventually leaked so badly we woke up to find the whole floor was wet. "Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing."
