"We arrived early and nquired about an early check in {2 hours}. We were promptly told that was not an option and to come back at 3:00pm as that is check in time. So we came back at 3:00. We were told our room isn’t ready come back in 30 min. I expressed my displeasure as were told at 1:00 our room would be ready at 3:00! No one cared. So I waited the 30 minutes and inquired a third time if I could check in. I was told then itd be another 10-15 minutes. I asked why….check in is at 3:00. ...
