Located on the northwest shore of the lake, you'll enjoy quiet surroundings and quick access to downtown Sandpoint, just an easy drive across the bridge. More attractions await 47 miles away in Couer d'Alene.

A comfortable atmosphere greets you inside, with timber framing, vaulted wooden ceilings and radiant natural light. In the living room, you'll find leather furniture in front of a fireplace and a TV for rainy day entertainment. A selection of books might also keep you busy.

Get your sunshine on the spacious deck while soaking up the spectacular lake view. There's a patio table, furniture, and even a gas grill out here. Take the stairs down to the lawn and your private beach and dock.

Cooking will be a delight in the gourmet kitchen, which is fully equipped for all your needs. A group of 8 will fit around the long dining table. Four can sit at the breakfast bar.

With three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home accommodates up to 8 guests. In one bedroom is a set of twin bunk beds and a sofabed, and a second offers a king bed and full private bath. A king bed is the prize of the master bedroom, along with a full shared bath featuring dual sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower. Laundry is easy to take care of with the private washer/dryer.

This house is perfect for a large family, a couple of families, or a group of friends - fish and swim in the lake or go waterskiing with a speed boat. Nearby Silverwood Theme Park will please visitors of all ages, and there's also a ton of forest close by to explore. Refuel with a tasty dinner at any number of restaurants in downtown Sandpoint. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard or Ping-Pong for a fun-filled afternoon.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great getaway!

We've stayed here multiple times...and will continue to do in the future. The house had some issues (lights out, dirty window sills, bathtub had not been used so was dusty). Overall, lovely place with plenty of room and FUN for families!

Beautiful Architectural Home on a Beautiful Lake

The home, deck, dock and lake all were perfect for our family. This was the second time we've stayed at this home and if possible in the future would love to stay there again!

What a view!!

Our family gathered here to celebrate our daughters college graduation and it was absolutely perfect. Because we had an 8 month old in the group we weren’t looking for a lot of activities. We spent much of our time at the house and had a blast. We ate well (the kitchen is amazing), we spent hours on the deck, we enjoyed ping pong and took walks. The home is so comfortable and well set up for families or a group of friends. We did go into Sandpoint and enjoyed good coffee and local breweries. We would definitely return!

Paradise

This house is a gem. Spectacular view and access to the lake with wonderful hiking trails close by. Wildlife to entertain you and one of my families favorite pastimes was playing shuffleboard. Your family will never want to leave this magical place once you arrive.

Spacious lakeside property

Nice open plan house with water frontage. Large kitchen with island set up was ideal for our family to gather around. House essentially split into two wings, so if two families were to book it would be easy to have some form of privacy. Deck has great views out over the lake, and then you can walk out of the basement down to the shoreline. Property ran by Vacasa who mainly communicate via text so never any interaction with owner.

Ski Weekend

We booked this house for a Schweitzer ski weekend with friends. House was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Wood beams in the living room are beautiful! View of the lake from the deck was awesome! The location of this house would be amazing in the summer for lake days as there is a private dock and shoreline. We assumed there would be some spices, oils, coffee and filters for cooking but we made due without. Overall really nice house to rent!

Timber House Heaven

Perfect venue for our 2 families to continue the tradition of exploring a new ski area. Beauty everywhere as we gazed out on the mountains/lake/eagles for morning yoga (more like hot yoga-as our toes nestled into the heated carpet). Great food easily prepared in the grand kitchen and the gradual progression each night to table for games then music in front of the crackling fire. Schweitzer mountain gave us boundless family fun and this house gave us all we needed to rejuvenate. Only thing missing was a hot tub but the heavenly heated floors definitely made up for it😊

Lovely Christmas setting with slight hiccup with heat/hot water

Other than the boiler going out at inopportune times during our stay, the home and setting was great for gathering family to celebrate a birthday and Christmas. Hopefully the boiler issues will be resolved going forward--the property is extremely nice and we enjoyed the great kitchen, living areas, and game room down stairs!

So much potential, such poor condition.

The design and beauty of the setting and the house itself were awesome. The sad distraction was the condition and cleanness of the property. Many things did not work including the trash compactor which you could not even close. The coffee maker which would not work. There was dirt on the floor in the corners of places in the bathrooms that made you go "eeeeww." They ran out of cleenxs in the bathrooms after two. Bath tub had scum in it. Toilet bowl, black, had filthy ring on it. no hand rails on stairs going down or up. hazardous to old people. worn out kitchen towels and pot holders, old torn and dirty.

Idyllic Lake Pend Oreille visit

The house is gorgeous with lots of great hangout spaces (inside and out), including a wonderful deck overlooking the lake and mountain views and a large dock perfect for swimming, sunning, and launching water gear (we brought a kayak, stand up paddle board, and floaties). The kitchen is very roomy and has tons of high-quality cookware and great appliances; however, be aware that the kitchen is not stocked with any staples such as salt, pepper, spices, etc. It's a relatively quick drive into Sandpoint, and there's a lovely nearby hike (4 miles each way) up to a great view over the lake.

House at Bottle Bay

Over all we loved it. Gorgeous views and fun, comfortable home. We had a hard time finding the lock box and the driveway was very slippery. We never could figure out how to use the t.v. in the living room. Grab bars in the showers and hand rails on the stairs would be nice. We'd love to come back in the summer!

Perfect getaway

Arriving at the house, we found that it was "as advertised". Beautiful home, panoramic view, clean and spacious. Unfortunately on our second day there, we were trapped indoors by the smoke from wildfires. All I can say is, if we must be trapped in the house, this is the house that I would like to be trapped in. It was well supplied with all of our needs which made the next two days much more pleasant. Would love to try it again....without the smoke so that we can actually experience the beautiful location.

There were some minor corrections to paint and outside maintenance. All cosmetic that could be done with some paint inside and power wash on the outdoor areas. Evidence of a burn upstairs is still evident since it was noted in a previous review. Bottom line, I would stay there again

Our weekend vacation.

This is the second time we have been able to stay in this BEAUTIFUL home. We enjoy the home, the views, the entertainment it has to offer. It is such a pleasure being able stay in such a beautiful location, being close to so many things to do. The only down fall with this visit, was the cleanliness. The coffee pot was dirty. Water was left in the tea pot on the stove. The inside of the toilets were also not very clean as well. There also had been a fire in one of the upstairs rooms(prior to our stay)and was unable to be " "completely"cleaned before our arrival. Even though the beds were useable, the first day the smoke was tolerable, but strong through out the house. The management was wonderful contacting us, letting us know they had been working at getting it cleaned up, apologizing for any inconvenience and assured us, they were available 24/7 if we needed anything at all! We look forward to a future return, perhaps in the warmer weather, so we are able to explore what outside things this beautiful home has to offer! Thank you, again for our wonderful stay!

One Word: Incredible

The house was incredible and the views were even better! We had everything we needed in the house and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. We got the pleasure to see eagles and deer off the back porch and got plenty of snow to play in (which we don’t see a lot in Alabama). Everyone loved everything about the house and fell in love with the surrounding area around the house. We had no issues with the house, even during the power outage due to the weather we found cards and enjoyed the down time with a fire. The manager was extremely helpful and answered any questions that come about. Highly recommend this property! You won’t regret staying here!

Outstanding property

Beautiful large open house with exceptional views over the lake. Great kitchen stocked with everything you’ll need in the way of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Thoughtfully managed so that we had no problems during our 3-night stay. Thank you.

View of the Lake...

Our time at this beautiful location/home was more than what was imagined to be. Plenty of room. Lots to do indoors and out. And the view was breath-taking! Everything needed was in this home, and then some. We are definitely wanting to rent this beautiful lodge again. Thank you
